Booking and Cancellation Policy
Patients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a Specialist hijama therapists time exclusively for their treatment. We require forty-eight hours (two working days) notice for cancellation of any appointment to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment.
Charges will be incurred for missed appointments. Charges are made to the credit card details at the time of booking. In the event that the card is declined you agree to honour an invoice for charges incurred due to missed or late cancellation.
Where we have sufficient notice of cancellation, we will always endeavour to offer the appointment to a position on our waiting list. This should prevent you from incurring a charge.
Your right to cancel
The following terms apply to all appointments made. At least 48 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
Cancellation or change of treatment times within 48 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, patients are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract
How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling us in the first instance and also by emailing written confirmation. If you are cancelling outside of normal operating hours - you may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during operating hours.

We accept bookings by special appointments only for between 2-10 patients wishing to book from our range of treatments listed. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure any appointments.
